Our Weekly Maintenance Consists of: Mowing your lawn to the best height, Spin trim your lawn around the landscaped areas on your property, Edge along concrete sidewalks and drives every other week, Remove clippings and debris from walkways and driveways.

Fertilization Program
Our Fertilization Program combines both dry granular fertilizer and liquid fertilizer to give your lawn the nutrition and weed control it needs throughout the year in 5 visits: 1st Visit: Promotes green-up and recovery from winter stress. Pre-emergence crabgrass control is also included. 2nd Visit: Provides the extra nutrients your lawn needs and controls any broadleaf weeds in your lawn. 3rd Visit: Helps your lawn through the summer months and controls any additional weeds and surface feeding insects. (Grub control additional.) 4th Visit: Encourages new root growth which thickens your turf. We also continue to control any weeds in your lawn. 5th Visit: Prepares your lawn for the winter by promoting food storage and root growth.

Dethatching
Dethatching your lawn is the removal of the dead grass (or thatch layer in your lawn) with a power rake. This allows water and fertilizer to reach the root system of your grass. This process is usually done in the spring or fall.

Aeration
Aerating your lawn removes small-diameter ?plugs? from you lawn. The holes left in the turf reduce soil compaction, allowing moisture and nutrients to reach the roots. This process is usually done in the spring or fall.

Bush Trimming
We professionally trim your bushes and shrubs to their proper height and shape and clean up the clippings.

Slit Seeding
Slit-seeding is a process that is used to thicken your existing lawn. The machine puts slits about a ?? deep into the soil of your turf and drops grass seeds in the slit. This process puts the seeds exactly where they need to be with minimal disruption to your existing lawn.

Spring/Fall Yard Clean-Up
During a spring or fall clean-up, we clean out the debris and leaves in your bushes and landscaped areas. We then rake your lawn picking up all the debris / sticks / leaves in your lawn.

Snow Plowing/Salting Service
We offer commercial snow plowing and salting during the winter. We have enough equipment and staff to handle anything Chicago winters might bring against us. We monitor each storm 24 hours a day to give the timely service necessary to keep the parking lots and drives clean. We salt, plow, and load snow when necessary.
