Are contracts required?
To protect you and us, usually a signature is required for services to be performed on your property. You can cancel at any time.

Are Estimates Free?
Yes! All are estimates are free. Just call the office (708-596-2320 or 219-789-2320) to schedule a time to come out and meet with you to find out your needs.

Do you offer financing for landscape projects?

Do you plant annual flowers?
Yes.

How is a customer billed for services?
For maintenance services you are billed once a month with approved credit for the work we have done. For landscape installation a down payment (usually 50%) is expected before the work begins and the balance is due upon completion.

What day will my lawn get cut?
It depends on where you are located and what our schedule is at the time. Please call us and we can let you know.

What forms of payment is accepted?
Cash, check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted as payment for our services.

What kind of insurance does C & T carry?
We are completely licensed, insured, and bonded for every area we work in. We are also certified with the Illinois Department of Agriculture to apply fertilizer and pesticides to your lawn.

How long will it take for you to get to my landscape project?
In the spring and fall it usually takes 2-3 weeks once we receive a contract and deposit. In the summer it is usually 1-2 weeks. Once we start your project we will not start another until yours is done.
